Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Hugz Tech Solutions Limited ("we"), which runs Love & Wahala. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. It's fiction

Love & Wahala is an interactive drama. All characters, places, businesses and events in the story are fictional, and any resemblance to real people is a coincidence. Nothing in the game is relationship, financial or legal advice.

2. You must be 18 or older

The game contains adult themes such as romance, deception and infidelity. You confirm you are at least 18.

3. Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Usernames must not impersonate anyone, or be offensive or misleading. We may change or remove usernames that break these rules.

4. Virtual money and items

In-game naira, outfits and rewards are part of the game. They have no real-world value and can't be exchanged, withdrawn or transferred for real money. We may adjust game balances, for example to fix bugs.

5. Sponsorships and advertising

Some places, billboards, outfits or episodes may be sponsored by real brands. Sponsored content will be labelled. Brands do not get your personal information.

6. Fair play

Don't hack, cheat, overload or copy the game, or use it to scam or harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Our content

The stories, characters, artwork and code belong to us. You may share screenshots and result cards for personal, non-commercial use.

8. The service

We provide the game "as is" and may change, pause or end features. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for losing in-game progress.

9. Ending your account

You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may close accounts that break these terms.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
